Do you bring the studio to our office?

Yes — the Mobile Executive Studio framework brings the elite mobile studio to your office anywhere in DFW. Same pro lighting, same multi-backdrop options, same tethered 4K monitor, same on-site retouching laptop. Same quality and same-day delivery standard as the in-studio experience. Setup needs about a 12×12 ft space and one power outlet.

Can you match our existing brand standards?

Yes. We coordinate with your marketing, brand, or comms team before the session to align on lighting style, background color, cropping ratios, retouching standards, and file-naming conventions. If you have existing team-page headshots we need to match or a brand guide we need to follow, share it with us and we will build the session entirely around it.

What’s the minimum team size?

Anything 4 people or more is a custom-quoted group session. Below 4 (so 1, 2, or 3 people) those each book as individual sessions through the standard online scheduling tool with the 3-tier package pricing. There is no theoretical maximum — we have run team days for 500+ in a single day and conference activations for 2,000+.

How fast do team members get their final image?

Same-day for most team days. Each person reviews their shots on the tethered 4K monitor on the spot, picks their favorite, and the retouched file is delivered before the end of the day. For 100+ person events and full multi-station deployments, full delivery is typically within 24-72 hours sorted by department or alphabetical.

How is pricing structured?

All team sessions are custom-quoted based on team size, on-site vs studio, retouching scope, multi-look complexity, brand-standard matching, and travel (if outside DFW). Use the quote form and we send back a full proposal — usually within one business day, often same-day. We can structure per-person pricing or flat group day-rate, whichever your accounting prefers.

Can each team member choose their own final image?

Yes. Every person reviews on the tethered 4K monitor in real time and selects their favorite on the spot. No one gets stuck with a photo they don’t like — and HR doesn’t have to chase anyone for selections after the fact. That’s the whole “stick to a tight schedule + no follow-up” model that lets us deliver same-day.

Can you photograph executives or VIPs separately?

Yes. We routinely build the schedule so the C-suite and board members get longer dedicated sessions (15-20 minutes each, often with multiple looks) at the start or end of the day, while the broader team runs on the standard rotation. Same coaching, same lighting — just more time for the executive bench portraits that anchor the annual report, IR materials, and press kit.

Do you photograph teams outside DFW?

Yes — nationwide on-site coverage for corporate clients. Las Vegas, NYC, Orlando, Detroit, Phoenix, LA, San Francisco, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Denver, Seattle, Boston, DC. What space do you need at our office?

A 12 x 12 foot area with one standard power outlet is all we need — a conference room, lobby, breakroom, or open office space works fine. We arrive 60 to 90 minutes early to set up and leave the space exactly as we found it.

Can we schedule the C-suite separately with more time?

Yes — standard practice. We dedicate 15 to 20 minute slots for C-suite and board members, often with multiple looks for annual report, proxy, press kit, and IR deck use. The broader team runs the standard 8 to 10 minute rotation. Same lighting throughout so everything matches on the leadership page.

What if some employees missed the team day?

We keep your session specs on file — background, lighting, crop ratio, retouching standard — so employees who missed the original day can book a studio session in NRH and match the team page exactly. Many partnership clients schedule quarterly catch-up days for new hires and no-shows.

Do you offer multi-year contracts or retainer programs?

Yes. Many corporate clients run annual or semi-annual programs on a retainer basis. We hold preferred scheduling priority, lock in per-person pricing, and maintain session specs for seamless new-hire integration. Ask about partnership pricing when you submit your quote.

Can you provide a W-9, COI, or vendor onboarding documents?

Yes — W-9, Certificate of Insurance, vendor registration, ACH payment setup, purchase order compatibility, and NDA for sensitive engagements all available on request. We are accustomed to enterprise procurement processes.

What wardrobe guidance do employees receive?

Every employee receives a one-page wardrobe guide specific to your industry and brand standard before the session. Solid colors photograph best — navy, charcoal, burgundy, forest green. Branded polos are accommodated. We recommend a haircut one to two weeks before and suggest bringing two to three options on hangers to choose in the moment.

How are files named and organized in delivery?

Standard delivery is alphabetical by last name — FirstLast_Headshot.jpg. We can also organize by department, location, employee ID, or any naming convention your HRIS or CMS requires. Specify in the quote and delivery is plug-and-play for your team.
