How quickly are images delivered after the conference?

Same-day delivery is standard. Each attendee selects their preferred shot on the tethered 4K monitor during the session, and the fully retouched file is delivered via private gallery link before the conference evening reception. For large multi-day events, a rolling same-day delivery schedule is set up so early-day attendees receive their portraits before the afternoon sessions end.

Can exhibitors sponsor the conference headshot booth?

Yes. Exhibitor-sponsored headshot booth packages are available. The sponsor’s branding appears on the backdrop, the delivery gallery, and optionally the digital watermark on delivered photos.
