Do you ever get critical reviews?
Rarely, and they stay on the public Google profile alongside every five-star review. We do not delete or hide critical feedback. When it happens, we respond directly, address the concern, and offer to make it right. Honest feedback (positive or negative) is how a business with 15+ years of operation maintains its reputation.

Do you offer any incentive for posting a review?
No. Google’s terms of service prohibit incentivized reviews, and we follow them strictly. The 200+ reviews on our profile are all spontaneous and unincentivized — they exist because the client decided the experience was worth writing about. That is the reputation we want, and the only reputation that actually means anything.
What about reviews on other platforms?
Google is the primary review surface for our business since that is where most DFW prospects search.
