Instant Image Delivery
At the event, attendees can begin by visiting the headshot station. To register, they need to scan a barcode, which allows us to collect their CRM data. The headshot station provides high-resolution event images, with each photo labeled with the attendee’s name. These photos are instantly delivered to the attendees, along with a link to the organizer for all images. Additionally, a list of everyone photographed and their contact information in an Excel or CSV file format is provided. Lastly, model releases are obtained from everyone who was photographed.
