A half day covers up to four consecutive hours, while a full day covers up to eight hours with a 45-minute break for a meal. Each headshot station is capable of photographing up to 20 people per hour. All headshot packages come with a basic lead collection, a white label service to showcase sponsors or promote your company, and instant online portfolios.

Use a Headshot Station To Draw Attention
At the event, attendees can begin by visiting the headshot station. To register, they need to scan a barcode, which allows us to collect their CRM data. The headshot station provides high-resolution event images, with each photo labeled with the attendee’s name. These photos are instantly delivered to the attendees, along with a link to the organizer for all images. Additionally, a list of everyone photographed and their contact information in an Excel or CSV file format is provided. Lastly, model releases are obtained from everyone who was photographed.
