I offer two pricing options for events: a half-day rate and a full-day rate. A half day covers up to four consecutive hours, while a full day covers up to eight hours with a 45-minute break for a meal. Each headshot station is capable of photographing up to 20 people per hour. All headshot packages come with a basic lead collection, a white label service to showcase sponsors or promote your company, and instant online portfolios.

At the event, attendees can begin by visiting the headshot station. To register, they need to scan a barcode, which allows us to collect their CRM data. The headshot station provides high-resolution event images, with each photo labeled with the attendee’s name. These photos are instantly delivered to the attendees, along with a link to the organizer for all images. Additionally, a list of everyone photographed and their contact information in an Excel or CSV file format is provided. Lastly, model releases are obtained from everyone who was photographed.

We offer an ultimate package that includes a full day of single headshot station, individual galleries, and one overall gallery. All the images will be instantly delivered and accessible to the attendees and event delegates. The photos will have high resolution and come with a commercial usage license. Hair and Makeup Touch-up on-site and up to 250 retouched images.
